The Forest of Infinite Secrets at Pixim World Gallery, Budapest

2025

The Forest of Infinite Secrets was presented at Pixim World Gallery in Budapest as a multi-screen immersive installation, allowing the full four-chapter film to unfold across surrounding surfaces. Set within a dedicated exhibition space, the work expanded beyond a single frame, inviting visitors to enter the shifting environments of the film itself. Landscapes, architectural traces, and quiet atmospheric scenes appeared on every side, creating a sense of being inside the world rather than observing it from a distance.

The multi-surface format deepened the film’s focus on perception. Changes in scale, depth, and spatial relation became more pronounced as the narrative progressed, mirroring the film’s reflection on presence, memory, and the way environments shape emotional awareness. Selected artworks from the broader universe of The Forest of Infinite Secrets were woven into the installation, extending the journey through imagined forests, contemplative spaces, and moments suspended between the natural and the unknown.

Within this setting, the film’s slow transitions and layered compositions became part of the architecture, forming an environment that moved with quiet continuity from beginning to end. The installation offered viewers a still, cinematic experience that invited them to pause, observe, and reconnect with the sensibility at the heart of the work.
