Roots of Eternity was presented in Chongqing as an immersive digital installation that transformed the media facade into a quiet natural landscape. The work unfolds through evolving motion, layered depth, and subtle shifts in perspective that echo the formation of living environments. Vegetation and forest details move slowly across the architectural screen, giving the impression of a scene that stretches beyond its physical limits and into the rhythm of the city.

Developed with INZ LAB, the installation brought a calm atmospheric presence to one of China’s most active urban locations. Roots of Eternity extended Rank SSS’s ongoing interest in nature-based digital landscapes, shaping a visual moment that sat between the built environment and the imagined spaces it reflects. The piece introduced a pause within daily movement, allowing passersby to encounter nature in a cinematic digital form integrated into public space.
